From fabric to frame: A detailed guide to our elevated pet cot bed

Let’s talk about our fabric…

  1. Breathable, mesh-like fabric allows 360-degree air circulation, which is best for preventing pets from overheating.
  2. Rip-proof and engineered with high-tenacity vinyl-coated polyester mesh that offers superior tensile strength, ensuring it lasts longer than the standard mesh alternative pet cot or pet bed.
  3. Slight “give” in the fabric, snug-but-not-restrictive’ surface conforms to their body for maximum comfort providing a cozy, secure feeling for your pet.
  4. Prevents joint stiffness associated with lying on hard surfaces which is superior for senior dogs and short-legged terriers, hounds, or herders.
  5. Unique lace-up feature enables the cover to be tightened periodically, if desired.
  6. Pest, mold and mildew resistant, keeping your pet healthy.
  7. Non-absorbent: Keeps your pet dry and comfortable, unlike solid vinyl covers that trap puddles.
  8. Designed for easy cleaning: Just spray, hose down or wipe, no need to remove the cover.

Let’s talk about our legs (or corners) …

  1. Industrial-grade, high-impact single molded seamless piece, which prevents weak points.
  2. Features an internal moisture drainage weep hole for longer frame life.
  3. Top-hole designed for easy, secure, vertical storage or display, which saves space in your daycare, training facility, retail space and home.
  4. Equip the base unit with our locking casters for easy, mobile transport of stacked cots, enabling seamless indoor/outdoor cleaning, under-display maintenance, and training setup.

Let’s talk about the frame…

  1. Made of 7/8” diameter steel, harder and more durable than aluminum.
  2. Powder-coated, ensuring exceptional durability, providing a finish that lasts significantly longer than standard paint.
  3. Unique crimped ends for longer frame life.

We control the entire production process 100% from sewing to powder coating and metal crimping, every component of our cot bed is engineered and assembled in our van Buren, Arkansas factory.
